International Express Shipping - Customer Responsibility for Duties and Taxes
When selecting Express Shipping for international orders, please note:
- All customs duties, import taxes, VAT, and handling fees are the customer's responsibility
- These charges are determined by your local customs authorities and vary by country
- Duties and taxes are not included in our shipping costs or product prices
- Payment of these fees is required for package release and delivery
- Refusal to pay customs charges may result in package return at customer's expense
- We cannot provide estimates for customs fees as they vary by location and product type
- Processing delays may occur during customs clearance
Processing Time
Orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Processing may take longer during holidays or sales events.

International Shipping
We ship worldwide. Customers are responsible for:

Providing a complete and accurate address (we cannot reship packages lost due to incorrect addresses).
Order Tracking

A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships.

For Standard Shipping (YunExpress/TakeSend), tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Lost in Transit: If your order hasn’t arrived within 20 days of the estimated delivery date, contact us for assistance.

Damaged Items: Notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged product/packaging.
Shipping Restrictions

PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Boxes via UPS/FedEx/DHL.

Remote Areas: Additional fees or delays may apply for remote locations.
Changes & Cancellations

Need to cancel or modify your order? Contact us within 24 hours of purchase.
