Standard Shipping (Orders Under $200 USD)

For orders totaling less than $200 USD, we ship on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis via standard shipping. All import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are included — no surprise charges upon delivery.

Express Shipping (Orders $200 USD and Above)

For orders totaling $200 USD or more, we ship via express shipping for faster delivery.

  • Estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and any applicable fees are the responsibility of the customer
  • Please check your local customs regulations before placing your order, as charges vary by country and are not included in your order total

Order Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day

Tracking Your Order

  • A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched
  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch

Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to most countries worldwide; however, some remote areas or regions may not be serviceable
  • Certain products may be subject to export restrictions — if your order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you promptly

Delays & Exceptions

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, peak seasons, or events outside our control
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout — please double-check your details before confirming your order

Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date with your order number and photos (if applicable)
  • We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible
